The nature of our business has our team constantly in different places all over the world. We travel, dine out, try to not stay in the same hotel twice and as such are exposed to many of the fabulous new trends that are emerging in hospitality (and especially F&B) all over the world.
Over the last 18months, we have been asked to share Global Hospitality Trends in a multitude of settings:
Tobias Mattstedt has been keynote speaker at FXE2014, the European Foodservice Executives annual conference and has been moderator at the inaugural Global Restaurant Investment Conference in Dubai to cover "Around The World in 60 Minutes"
In addition to conference assignments, BEYONDHOSPITALITY has been ask to present global hotel and restaurant trends to senior executives of companies such as Marriott International and Darden Restaurants.
A rather unusual but brilliant part of our exposure to what is happening in the world is the honor of being a participant in Google’s Innovation Lab for Food Experiences. The purpose of this initiative is twofold – first, to convene creative thinkers with deep expertise to imagine the future of food experiences for sustainable peak performance, and second, to share the findings with the world.
As such, Google has assembled about 30 of the world’s foremost experts in food & nutrition and we are delighted to be part of this.
