Property will feature 7 ‘villages’ with 15 luxury tents each, a 40,000 sf. spiritual wellness destination and a fully functional permaculture facility. Developed concept details, business plan, financial projections and feasibility study. The property is currently under development, scheduled opening 2022.
Engaged by Swire Hotels to manage the development of East Hotel Miami, a 280 room, 90 Serviced Apartment Lifestyle hotel in downtown Brickell. BEYONDHOSPITALITY functioned as the owners representative and managed all components of technical services, concept development, operational planning and sourcing/engaging the executive team – East Hotel opened in May 2016 - East-Hotel Miami
