Engaged by ownership to oversee and manage the development of a 120 suite luxury resort in Cres, Croatia. The resort features 2 branded golf courses, marina, 60 villas and a destination village.

Engaged as developer and hospitality consultant for 100 key spiritual wellness resort on 550 acres on the Big Island of Hawaii. Property will feature 7 ‘villages’ with 15 luxury tents each, a 40,000sf spiritual wellness destination and a fully functional permaculture facility. Developed concept details, business plan, financial projections and feasibility study. The property is currently under development, scheduled opening 2019 – 7WondersHospitality.com
Engaged by Swire Hotels to manage the development of East Hotel Miami, a 280 room, 90 Serviced Apartment Lifestyle hotel in downtown Brickell. BEYONDHOSPITALITY functioned as the owners representative and managed all components of technical services, concept development, operational planning and sourcing/engaging the executive team – East Hotel opened in May 2016 - East-Hotel Miami

Golf Superstar Ernie Els stems from gorgeous South Africa. A few years ago, he started one of the most incredible vineyards near Stellenbosch and created a fabulous little restaurant in a 300 year old historic building named “Big Easy”.
In 2011, we were asked to translate this very local concept into a restaurant that can be rolled out around the world - keeping the spirit of the original yet translating well in the many cultural variances.
Big Easy Winebar & Grill is positioned above the typical hotel all-day-dining and below the white-tablecloth "Fine Dining" – a fun, approachable, relaxed Grill concept with a touch of South Africa spirit and a heavy dose of local connection.
